FREIGHT AND SHIPPING
No returns can be accepted on custom made goods, made specifically for you. This would include the majority of products on this website.
Freight charges vary but we will always ensure the most efficient method at the least cost. In most cases any freight cost is included in your quote.
Items for sale are heavy and bulky and you will be responsible for all return freight costs for any reason.
Orders are processed: Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5.00pm AEST (Public Holidays Excluded)
Order Confirmation
After placing an order with your deposit, you will receive an order confirmation and/or receipt by e-mail. This means we’ve received your order in our system and have either pre-authorised your payment/credit card for the purchase or received a direct deposit from you.
PLEASE NOTE – Almost all Sheds and Carports as well as Solar Carports are specially made and delivery can be up to 8 weeks although 3-4 weeks is normal (2-4 days for flat-pack garden sheds). You are ordering sheds and carports with a deposit only. As the deposit is used top pay for your certification and engineering, the deposit is NOT refundable. The deposit will allow us to pay for certification and engineering plans before manufacturing your shed, industrial building or carport kit.
Tracking Numbers
As most of our product is sent through Lysaght /(BlueScope Steel), a tracking is often not issued but you will be informed of a delivery day and you should receive a phone call around 1 hour before delivery. If there is a tracking code, it will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
In all cases, we need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Service team.
We will choose the best available shipping in terms of price and delivery times at the time of shipment.
Please check what you are ordering carefully. We do not refund or exchange custom made products. Your order is being manufactured as a custom-made item. Damage or loss in transit will be replaced. All deliveries MUST be checked within 7 days to ensure all is in good order and all parts have been delivered. Missing or damaged parts CAN NOT be replaced weeks after delivery!
Returns Returns from this site are not accepted so do your due diligence before ordering. Any damaged or faulty part will be replaced free of charge.
Exchanges of damaged parts
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us photographs of any damage or highlighted lines from your Bill Of Materials. If you need to exchange a damaged part, send us an email at info@pcsheds.com.au and we will forward the address to which you should return the faulty part if necessary.
